Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a part-time Workplace Experience Ambassador for our London Head Office in Fitzrovia. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, organised and professional first impression for visitors and staff.

You will be the first point of contact, both in person and virtually, promote initiatives, support events, and help drive a positive, engaging office experience. The successful candidate will work on Tue, Wed and Fri to support a busy hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all visitors are welcomed immediately, demonstrating warmth and attention.
• Be visible, both in person and virtually, promoting yourself as the first point of contact for any queries.
• View all challenges and complaints as an opportunity; seek to resolve the situation in a way that excels expectations, ensuring to escalate to your line manager where required.
• Be an advocate for change, motivating and supporting others with the introduction of new initiatives.
• Contribute with ideas for, and drive the employee experience events calendar.

Workplace Experience Ambassador

The Met - London - Part Time - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Shifts between - 7.30am and 6pm

Avison Young are currently recruiting for a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our Head Office in London, Fitzrovia.
