Job summary

JLL in Maidenhead is seeking a Floor Ambassador for Workplace Experience to create a delightful, customer-centric environment on office floors. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as FM, Hospitality, Events Management, or Serviced Office environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and administration skills
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to proactively establish customer relationships
• Strong PC literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned floor(s) and ensure a seamless office environment
• Know each person by name and help them settle into their working environment
• Work as a mobile team member without a fixed workstation on floors
• Manage the Corrigo helpdesk and report status to the Assistant Facilities Manager
• Arrange repairs with facilities colleagues and ensure quality completion
• Monitor service provider performance to meet contractual obligations
• Coordinate with hospitality teams and vendors for on-floor activities
• Conduct floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement
• Develop client relationships and ensure service levels and KPIs
• Analyze data and generate reports for service delivery
• Manage parking software and conduct on-site audits
• Manage locker software, provide training, and conduct audits
