Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in London is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure high standards of client and tenant experience. You will manage meeting room bookings, hospitality services and with the FM team strive for seamless service delivery across all facilities.

You will coordinate events, vendor interfaces and security-related tasks while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for staff and visitors at all times.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Room and Client Suite Management: professional, well-groomed staff available to meet, greet and guide colleagues and clients to the meeting location.
• Hospitality: meet and greet, ensure meeting rooms and consumables are replenished and reset after each meeting.
• Hospitality and Events Management: coordinate events, set up/run down, liaise with security, housekeeping and vendors.
• Reception and Visitor Management: deliver 5* customer service, manage visitor categories and security passes.
• Site Operations: conduct daily checks, manage FM requests, maintain records and handovers.
