Job summary

BearingPoint is seeking a senior AI Workplace Solution Architect (M365 and AI) to own end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 and AI workplace projects across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and the Power Platform.

You will define target-state designs, migration roadmaps, and AI-grounded data strategies, mentor engineers, and lead workshops, while shaping pre-sales responses and delivering architecture governance for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 10+ years in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform delivery.
• 3+ years in a solution architecture or design authority role.
• Proven experience architecting at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 security & compliance controls.
• Hands-on architectural experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL for integrations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Azure landing zones and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, SC-100, AZ-305, or AI-102 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 and AI workplace projects.
• Define target-state designs, reference architectures, and migration roadmaps.
• Design Copilot and agent solutions with data grounding and integration using Graph, REST APIs.
• Architect data protection and compliance across Purview and DLP.
• Define AI governance frameworks for licensing, access control, and responsible AI usage.
• Set architectural standards for identity and cross-tenant operating models.
• Act as design authority across delivery teams for security, performance, and cost.
• Mentor engineers and consultants; enforce standards via Azure DevOps.
• Lead architecture workshops and executive briefings; translate tech decisions into business outcomes.
• Support pre-sales with solution approaches and technical responses.
• Contribute to internal reference architectures and reusable assets.
