Job summary

DGH Recruitment Limited on behalf of our client seeks an AI Engineer to drive secure, practical and measurable adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and agentic automation across the organisation. You’ll design and support AI solutions that make people’s work faster, safer and more efficient.

You will work with IT, Risk, Information Security and business teams to implement governance, safety and scalable integrations while embedding responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Copilot or Copilot Studio agents in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and solution lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ITIL, service transition and operational support.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and maintain Copilot agents for productivity across Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
• Develop enterprise‑grade agents integrated with approved systems, APIs, workflows and automation tools.
• Translate business needs into clear agent designs, instructions, grounding sources and action flows.

• Create standards, patterns and guardrails for agent development and lifecycle management.
• Configure integrations using Power Platform, connectors, REST APIs, OpenAPI, Azure AI Search and Microsoft Graph.
• Embed responsible AI principles including privacy, security, governance and auditability.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback and improve or retire agents based on value.
• Provide guidance, documentation and support to colleagues and citizen developers.
• Investigate issues such as hallucinations, access problems and integration failures.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Purview or Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Background in legal, professional services or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL, service transition and operational support.
• Experience with PowerShell, scripting, Git or DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of legal tech platforms and document management systems.
