Job summary

Navartis Ltd. is seeking an experienced Freelance Working Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on delivering works safely, on programme, and to high quality while maintaining budget.

You will coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Ideal candidates have extensive refurbishment project experience, SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS with First Aid.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Working Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification, CSCS & First Aid.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades effectively.
• Relevant refurbishment project experience and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Freelance Working Site Manager Required

Location: Gloucestershire
Contract: Freelance

Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate

Rate: £300 per day - CIS

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Working Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard of quality and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial refurbishment, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively on site.
