Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 7-week retail fit-out and refurbishment project in Radstock. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating with the client and project team.

The role requires strong site management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a fast-track programme from start to finish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 7-week retail fit-out and refurbishment project for a Community Equipment Store in Radstock.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards while maintaining effective communication with the client, subcontractors and project team.
