Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are recruiting a Working Site Foreman / Carpenter for a high-end residential project in Cirencester. The role starts Monday and involves assisting the Project Manager, keeping the program on track and ensuring high-quality workmanship on site.

Requirements include SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid tickets, PPE, 3 years' foreman experience and two recent references. Pay is £27 per hour with 7:30am–4:30pm hours and Friday pay.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Working Site Foreman on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to keep the program on track and ensure quality of work.
• Liaise with sub contractors and labour on site and work on the tools as required.
• Manage labour on site and coordinate deliveries.
• Work closely with the Project Manager so responsibilities are shared appropriately.

Job duties

Working Site Foreman for a 800k - 1m project in Cirencester for a high end residential project.

Your role as a Working Site Foreman will be assisting the Project Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors and labour on site and working on the tools as and when required. You will manage Labour on site and coordinate deliveries. You will be working very closely with the Project Manager so not all responsibility falls on yourself.

Pay

Weekly pay on a Friday

£27 Per Hour - This can increase when you start the role and show capabilities within the role

Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:30pm
