Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a site carpenter for a Cheltenham project starting Wednesday 29th July. The 10-week role will involve working across multiple sites in the area.

Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card, wear PPE, have 2 years' carpentry experience, provide two references, and be able to drive. Working hours are 7.30am–4.30pm with weekly pay on Friday; potential extension for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• 2 years' carpentry experience on construction sites.
• 2 recent work references.
• Must be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple Cheltenham sites on a range of carpentry tasks.
• Duties include stud walls, metal stud framing, door locks and general carpentry roles.
• Follow site health and safety rules and wear PPE as required.

• PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
• Experience: Must have 2 years' experience working as a Carpenter on other construction projects
• References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Job role:

You will be working across many jobs for the Cheltenham Council - Can be a range of diifferent jobs from day to day. Stud Walls, Metal Stud Framing, Door Locks, general carpentry roles.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE

Pay:

• £25 per hour
• Weekly pay on a Friday
