Working Foreman (Planned & Regeneration)

We are looking to recruit a Working Foreman to join our team working on Minor Works and Disrepair based from our office in Tottenham, N17 9QB, and various sites across the contract.

About The Role

As a Working Foreman, you will lead a team as part of a project or work stream, driving service standards and achieving KPIs. You will assess resource needs, support daily activities, and ensure team objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints. You will manage team performance, hold review meetings, coach, mentor, motivate, and address any issues or complaints, implementing corrective actions as needed.

About You

You should have significant technical knowledge, proven experience, and a good understanding of construction methods, technology, and materials. Excellent time management, IT skills, proactive attitude, flexibility, and influencing skills are essential. Hold a Level 3 trade or Supervisor NVQ, Gold CSCS card, and a full UK driving license for at least 12 months. Experience in asset/project management and delivering major works contracts is preferred.
