Job summary

Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee external refurbishment works on a residential property in Euston, London. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of a small team and strict safety control on site.

Location is Euston, London. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm for a 25‑week project, with responsibilities including managing trades, opening/closing the site, and maintaining safe, tidy site operations.

Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Good IT skills.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on scaffolding and at height.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
• Experience in managing small teams and coordinating trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of 2-3 labourers and 1 decorator.
• Open and close the site daily.
• Organise access to residential flats for window replacement works.
• Coordinate and liaise with window fitters, bricklayers and other trades.
• Oversee the preparation and decoration of external downpipes and windowsills.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, site organisation and housekeeping.
• Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
• Be hands-on and willing to assist with works when required.
• Ensure safe working practices when working on scaffolding and at height.

WORKING SITE FOREMAN REQUIRED - EUSTON, LONDON

Duration: 25 weeks

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
