Job summary

Infosys Technologies in London seeks a Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Architect to lead UK public sector implementations, designing technical solutions, data migrations and integrations. You will guide SDLC, mentor junior developers, and drive complex BI reports and security configurations.

The role demands deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, HDL, BI Publisher, and hands-on delivery leadership with client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic, global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of progressive IT experience with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Hands-on with UK public sector clients.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, UK Payroll, Pension, OTL, Absence.
• Experience with HDL, HDL extracts, BI reporting, Fast Formulas and OIC.
• Experience translating requirements into technical solutions and managing data migrations.
• Security configuration, custom roles and security profiles knowledge.
• Experience reviewing designs, managing environments and migrations.
• Strong analytical, risk mitigation and problem-solving skills.
• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management experience.
• Global delivery experience; team leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for UK clients.
• Design and oversee technical implementations including reports, integrations and data migration.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, maintain Fast Formulas and BI Publisher reports.
• Design, build and test integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
• Lead data migration activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading.
• Configure custom roles and security profiles per security model.
• Use Redwood enablement tools to customize UI and improve UX.
• Lead client discussions on integrations, data migrations and reporting across modules.
• Explain complex solutions to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Review data mappings, environments, testing, and change requests.
• Guide SDLC from design to post-go-live support.
• Participate in CRPs, prepare training content and deliver training on technical components.
• Serve as technical lead, mentor developers and oversee code quality.
• Review designs to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track.
• Manage HCM Cloud Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments and migrations.
• Support system updates and patches; maintain RAID log.
