Job summary

HP's Workforce Solutions Internship in Reading offers hands-on experience supporting a global technology business. You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to real business activities, and develop skills in performance analysis, forecasting and strategic planning.

The 13-month placement is from 1 July 2027 to 31 July 2028, with a hybrid working model and travel to the Reading HP office. You will learn through data-driven reviews, presentations and collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a degree programme with a placement year.
Must have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare internal and external business reviews, reports and presentations.
Track key business metrics including sales funnel, TCV, revenue and margin.
Support forecasting and business planning activities.
Track strategic growth initiatives across the Managed Services business.
Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teams across HP to gather information and support priorities.
Prepare data-driven updates for stakeholders.
Assist ad-hoc projects and analysis across Workforce Solutions.
