Job summary

HP is offering a 13‑month Solutions Intern placement in Reading, UK, 1 July 2027 to 31 July 2028, hybrid with regular travel to the Reading office. You will support a global technology business across Workforce Solutions, contributing to reviews, forecasting and data analysis while developing commercial and presentation skills.

You will work with multiple teams, gather information, track performance metrics and help drive growth through data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme with a placement year.
• Willing to relocate to Reading, UK and undertake a hybrid working model.
• Interest in technology, business, sales or services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing internal and external business reviews, reports and presentations.
• Track key metrics including sales funnel, TCV, revenue and margin.
• Support forecasting and business planning activities for sales and services.
• Monitor strategic growth initiatives across Managed Services.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HP teams to gather information and support priorities.
• Produce data-driven updates for stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc projects and analysis across Workforce Solutions.
