HP is offering a 13‑month Solutions Intern placement in Reading, UK, 1 July 2027 to 31 July 2028, hybrid with regular travel to the Reading office. You will support a global technology business across Workforce Solutions, contributing to reviews, forecasting and data analysis while developing commercial and presentation skills.
You will work with multiple teams, gather information, track performance metrics and help drive growth through data‑driven insights.

As a Solutions Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting a global technology business. You’ll work with teams across Workforce Solutions and have the opportunity to contribute to real business activities, analyse performance and support initiatives that drive growth.
This placement will give you the opportunity to develop your analytical, commercial, communication and presentation skills, while gaining an understanding of how a global technology business operates. You’ll gain exposure to areas including business performance, forecasting, services, sales, data analysis and strategic planning.
