Job summary

Experis in London is seeking an experienced Workforce Management Analyst to support resource planning, forecasting and data-driven decision-making across a large Digital & Technology environment. The role is hybrid and initially 3 months.

You will help roll out Tempus, migrate data and embed consistent processes, working with Technology, Finance, Portfolio and Workforce Planning to improve visibility and insights for workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management or workforce planning in tech or projects.
• Strong forecasting, capacity planning and demand management.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, formulas and data modelling.
• Experience with workforce planning systems; Tempus experience advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of Tempus, including pilot activities, testing, training, user onboarding and go-live.
• Support migration and validation of workforce, demand and timesheet data with high data quality and governance.
• Develop and embed consistent workforce planning, forecasting, reporting and resource management processes.
• Own resource forecasting across assigned portfolios, providing visibility of capacity and gaps.
• Conduct scenario modelling, identify risks and advise on resourcing decisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align resources with priorities and validate demand.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, reports and presentations for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting disciplines and ways of working.
• Support development of future platform capabilities and integrations.
