Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Manage and co‑ordinate daily building services appointments, ensuring all visits are scheduled effectively and completed within agreed timescales.
Reallocate work to operatives during periods of sickness, annual leave or unforeseen service pressures, maintaining continuity of service.
Prioritise jobs based on urgency, customer need and operational requirements, ensuring the most critical tasks are addressed promptly.
Monitor performance against service delivery targets, identifying issues early and taking action to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure all building services work carried out by trade operatives and subcontractors is accurately recorded, processed and submitted within required deadlines.
Maintain up‑to‑date records within relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy for reporting, audit and performance monitoring.
Provide day‑to‑day support to the Repairs Supervisor, helping ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
Liaise with operatives, supervisors and customer service teams to resolve scheduling issues and maintain clear communication across the service.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflow and enhance service delivery.
