Job summary

Triumph Consultants are seeking a Repairs Work Planner to coordinate and monitor building services appointments in Cambridge, with hybrid working (4 days in office).

The 3-month contract involves reallocating work to operatives, liaising with supervisors and the customer service centre, and ensuring deadlines are met during sickness and holiday periods.

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Repairs Work Planner to manage co-ordinate and monitor building services appointments on a daily basis including reallocation of work to operatives; to ensure appointments are achieved on target during sickness absence, holiday periods and prioritise jobs based on urgency. Contract is for 3 months in Cambridge .

Pay Rate: £18.26 per hour PAYE

Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB4 0GU

Hybrid working, 4 days per week in office

Key responsibilities

Manage appointments in close liaison with operatives, supervisors, and technical Coordinators and the customer service centre to ensure clear communications are maintained and customers enquiries are addressed within deadlines.

Monitor performance to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

Ensure that building services works carried out by trade operatives and sub-contractors are accurately recorded and processed to deadline.

Provide support to the Repairs Supervisor to ensure service runs smoothly at all times.
