Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator in England to support new starters from offer to first day on site. This 6-month fixed-term role involves managing onboarding caseloads, SLAs and ensuring accurate pre-employment checks and contract details.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, drafting contracts, verifying salaries and benefits, and promoting equality and diversity while delivering a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience following specific legislation, policy and procedures.
• Experience in managing conflicting priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in compliance or HR admin teams.
• A Level or equivalent education including Maths & English.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in databases such as Eploy and Unit 4.
• Basic understanding of employment law for contract administration.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding caseload against defined SLAs.
• Check application and placement details before offer.
• Draft employment contracts and ensure correct salary/benefits.
• Promote equal opportunities and diversity.
• Process pre-employment checks: DBS, right-to-work, references, health outcomes, qualifications.
