Job summary

Gi Group is seeking a detail-focused Worker Care Specialist to manage worker contractual administration, pre-payroll and pre-invoicing activities in a hybrid Leeds based role. You will ensure timely pay, accurate invoicing and compliance with regulations and SLAs, while delivering a positive worker experience.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Payroll and Finance to resolve issues, maintain margin and continuously improve processes. 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce administration, HR operations or payroll coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Confidence using payroll/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end worker administration, including contracts and amendments.
• Prepare pre-payroll and pre-invoice packs ahead of pay runs.
• Respond to queries on pay, contracts and administration.
• Process timesheets, attendance, and pay variances (bonuses, deductions).
• Ensure compliance with legislation and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Payroll and Finance to control costs and margins.
• Support process improvements and act as SME for the Care Team.
