Paconsulting is seeking an exceptional Workday HCM Lead in London to oversee Workday HCM, drive system enhancements, and ensure compliant service delivery. The role offers flexible/hybrid working with a minimum 2 days in the London office, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

You will lead and shape the Workday journey, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, managing governance, and guiding the support team to deliver high-quality HR services.

Formación

• Extensive Workday HCM experience.
• Strong Workday configuration expertise.
• Knowledge of core HCM concepts (e.g., organisations, hierarchies, workflows, reporting).
• Experience in governance and service delivery within HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Workday HCM and feature releases; ensure compliance and security.
• Partner with business leaders to enhance HR service delivery.
• Lead the support team; balance day-to-day work with strategic initiatives.
• Manage governance, cross-functional resources, and HR strategy alignment.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation and promote continual learning.
