Job summary

Houlihan Lokey seeks a Workday HR Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards, develop calculated fields, and lead a structured training program to upskill the HR group.

You’ll collaborate with the LA-based HQ to align reporting across borders and ensure data governance and security compliance. You’ll build processes and documentation to enable ongoing self-sufficiency, validating data and sharing insights that drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Experience delivering technical training or mentoring.
• Strong understanding of Workday data architecture and security groups.
• Advanced Excel for data validation and audits.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones with LA HQ.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and schedule Workday reports and dashboards.
• Develop calculated fields and data sources for HR insights.
• Deliver a structured training program for HCG colleagues.
• Provide coaching and walkthroughs to enable self-sufficiency.
• Create process docs, job aids, and report inventories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reports.
• Perform data validation and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and Workday security.
