Workday Project Manager | Global Insurance brand| HCM & Financials | 12-Month Contract

We’re hiring for an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead a global HCM and Financials implementation for a high-profile financial services client.

This is a greenfield, business-critical programme — complex, fast-paced, and high visibility across the organisation. You’ll be leading from the front: managing internal delivery teams, owning the relationship with the implementation partner, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full lifecycle delivery of Workday HCM and Financials
  
  
• Lead internal workstreams across HR, Finance, Tech, and Ops
  
  
• Manage the implementation partner — drive delivery, governance, and accountability
  
  
• Build and maintain robust project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder comms
  
  
• Report into senior leadership and keep Execs aligned
  
  
• Ensure on-time, quality delivery in a regulated, multi-entity environment
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

?? You’ve delivered Workday HCM and Financials before – ideally multiple times
?? You know your way around regulated, enterprise-level environments
?? You’re confident managing vendors and influencing stakeholders at pace
?? You bring structure, control, and momentum to big, complex programmes
?? You’re outcome-focused, commercially aware, and delivery-led

Contract: 12 months
Location: Hybrid (UK or Europe-based)
Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35 where applicable)
Start Date: ASAP
