Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Workday People Systems. The role sits in HR Solutions, embedding with engineers and stakeholders to convert complex business needs into deliverable Workday-based improvements.

You will own the product backlog, craft epics and user stories, and drive the development roadmap while coordinating with Workday engineers and the Technical Solution Owner.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Workday and HR systems in a large organisation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
