Job summary

StepStone Group seeks a People Applications Workday Technical Manager to own the technical configuration, integrations and ongoing optimisation of the Workday platform. You will work with the Head of People Applications and wider team to deliver technical solutions and support Workday releases.

You will also contribute to BAU activities, testing and cross-functional delivery as business priorities require, ensuring stability, security and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting and developing Workday technical solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Cloud Connect and APIs.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing and technical deployments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Experience working collaboratively with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Cloud Connect and APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integrations, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Support the planning, testing and deployment of Workday's biannual releases.
• Collaborate with Functional Managers and stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality across functional areas where required.
• Support the wider People Applications team during periods of increased operational demand, contributing to BAU activities, testing and system deployments.
