Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Workday Technical Analyst (Learning/Talent Configuration) to design, implement, and manage talent and learning initiatives using the Workday platform. The role focuses on configuring Workday Learning and Talent modules to align with the company’s development strategies.

You will support and manage configurations, provide stakeholder support, and contribute to data reporting and process improvements within a hybrid working environment in the Southeast, Worthing head

Qualifications

• Workday Learning & Talent modules experience.
• Broad Workday HCM understanding.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Workday Learning & Talent certifications preferred.
• Background in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Learning and Talent Management configurations.
• Administer Learning & Talent programs and related processes.
• Provide Employee and Stakeholder support on Workday.
• Drive process improvements and optimisation in talent/lLearning config.
• Support overall HCM activities within Workday.
• Create reports and perform data analysis to support decisions.
