Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior People Systems Specialist to join the People Systems team. You will develop, configure and enhance Workday, providing technical and analytical expertise to support leaders in decision making.

You will act as SME across multiple Workday SKUs, manage complex reports and integrations, and lead release management while partnering with IT and business stakeholders. A hybrid role based in Huntingdon offers a clear route to impactful HR technology delivery.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience configuring and developing Workday systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Experience with Workday Extend is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-line support and SME across Workday SKUs.
• Develop and configure Workday business processes and approval chains.
• Create complex Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Perform EIBs and support integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Manage Workday security and associated audits to protect data.
• Lead Workday release management and coordinate with stakeholders.
