Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Senior People Systems Specialist to lead Workday configuration and development, delivering robust HR system solutions. You will provide second-line support as a Workday SME and drive continuous improvement across processes.

In this hybrid role based near Huntingdon, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective system solutions, create complex reports, and manage Workday security, releases and integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with complex Workday development and configuration.
• Knowledge of multiple Workday SKUs including core HR modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Workday SME, providing complex troubleshooting and second-line support.
• Develop and configure Workday business processes and approval chains.
• Create advanced Workday reports and calculated fields for insights.
• Perform complex EIBs, integrations and interfaces.
• Support Workday security, access management and audits.
• Lead Workday release management including planning and testing.
• Collaborate with People workstreams, IT and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
