Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Workday Talent & Learning Specialist for a hybrid role based in Southeast/Durrington, Worthing. The role supports design, implementation and management of talent and learning initiatives within the Workday platform.

The specialist will configure Workday Learning and Talent modules, align them with learning strategies and provide data-driven insights to improve employee development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Learning and Talent modules.
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM and data reporting.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting capabilities.
• Problem-solving abilities and stakeholder support.
• Workday certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role:

The Workday Learning and Talent Specialist will support the design, implementation, and management of talent and learning initiatives within the organization through the Workday platform.

This role supports and manages the configuration of Workday Learning and Talent modules to align with Southern Waters learning and talent development strategies.
