Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking a Workday Integrations Manager to lead the integrations function with a blend of hands-on technical work, team leadership and architectural ownership. The role is fully remote within the UK and requires strong collaboration with HR, Finance and IT to deliver effective Workday integrations.

You will design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Orchestrate, while guiding the team on delivery quality and performance.

• Leadership experience with delivery accountability.
• Experience owning integration architecture and driving technical decisions.

We’re looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Manager to lead our integrations function, combining hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership, architectural ownership and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Workday integration specialists, taking accountability for delivery, quality and performance.
• Own the integration architecture and roadmap, providing technical direction while remaining hands‑on.
• Design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Orchestrate.
• Work with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, XML/XSLT, data mapping and transformation.
• Oversee integration testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders, challenging existing processes and delivering effective technical solutions.
