Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Workday Data Integrations Consultant to join our expanding Workday Consulting Team. You will manage complex Workday Studio integrations and lead an integration team through Go-Live across global rollouts, collaborating with HR and Financials transformation teams to deliver business value.

You will solicit client requirements, run workshops, analyze data, configure solutions, and build trusted relationships across our network.

Qualifications

Experience leading integration projects as part of Workday implementations.
Current Workday certifications (beneficial).
Client-facing Workday experience.
Strong digital and data skills.
Ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions.
Proven ability to manage onshore and offshore resources.
Ability to build relationships across a networked organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage a range of integration and data projects including Workday Studio integrations across the full functionality of Workday.
Lead global rollouts and an integration team through Go-Live.
Solicit and manage client requirements, present and facilitate workshops, analyse data, and configure solutions in Workday.
Collaborate with HR and Financials transformation teams, and wider PwC network to identify and create solutions that bring value to clients.
Support and inspire others, keeping our team a fun place to work.
Play a part in our proposition and business development activities.
Work at all levels within client organisations from C-suite to back office.
