Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to define requirements and design, develop, and implement quality Workday integration solutions. The role collaborates with business and tech teams within People, vendors, and partners.

Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, especially in HR/Finance integrations using Studio, Orchestration, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs. Hybrid working across Leeds, Manchester, London, and Brighton is offered, with an attractive 65k+

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Workday experience in live/production environments.
• Proven track record implementing Workday integrations for a large multinational organisation, preferably HR or Finance.
• Workday Pro certification or partner certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority in the Workday domain.
• Provide guidance to analysts, architects and designers to achieve best solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions and deliver through the development lifecycle.
• Assess, validate and review designs and proof of concepts to ensure end-to-end fit.
• Influence strategic software architecture decisions.
• Inform Infrastructure Design teams on overall solution design as needed.
• Take ownership of IT problems within the domain affecting operations.
