Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex enterprise business applications projects.
• 3+ years experience in SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET or other related technologies.
• 3+ years experience in Web Development (Backend)and Web Services.
• Experience in middleware such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, SAP PI/PO.
• Demonstrated ability as an Internal Technical Business Analyst or similar roles in Consulting / Software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of technical system integrations between Workday and enterprise landscapes.
• Translate client requirements into architectural decisions and implement integrations.
• Test, deploy and provide status updates to the Engagement Manager and Integration Lead.
• Support broader architectural discussions on integration patterns and security.
• Work across multiple customer deployments with autonomy in workload approaches.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and share product skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, and product.
