Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to design, build, test and deploy integrations that connect Workday with internal and external systems. You will work closely with functional consultants, client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions across the implementation lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Workday Integrations implementation experience.
• Active Workday Integrations Certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience designing, developing, testing and deploying integrations within ERP or SaaS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Become a Workday Integrations SME with knowledge of design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead client workshops and technical discussions to gather integration requirements and define integration solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Document Transformation, and Web Services.
• Collaborate with functional, reporting, security, and data teams to deliver integrated Workday solutions.
• Support data conversion, inbound and outbound integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Track project issues and risks, communicate status, and elevate concerns as appropriate.
• Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Display hands-on expertise in integration development, tenant migrations, and Workday deployment tools.
• Act as a mentor to consultants and analysts, providing support and knowledge sharing where appropriate.
• Participate in Workday training and internal initiatives to maintain and expand technical expertise.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
• Eligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK.
• Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site as needed.
