Zusammenfassung

Focus Cloud is seeking a Workday Integrations Manager to lead our integrations function, blending hands-on technical work with team leadership and architectural ownership.

In this role you will design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other stakeholders across the business.

Location: Fully remote in the UK; Permanent contract.

Qualifikationen

Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and related technologies.
Proven leadership in delivery and quality.
Experience shaping integration architecture and driving technical decisions.
Strong business partnering with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Lead and manage a team of Workday integration specialists, accountable for delivery and quality.
Own the integration architecture and roadmap, providing technical direction while hands‑on.
Design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Orchestrate.
Work with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, XML/XSLT, data mapping and transformation.
Oversee integration testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders, challenging existing processes and delivering effective technical solutions.
