Job summary

CE Global Partners seeks an experienced Workday Solution Architect to provide client-side technical leadership and integration design assurance for an initial Workday HCM implementation.

The role focuses on coordinating and managing the design and delivery of integrations between Workday and downstream systems, working with the SI, internal IT and application owners to ensure fit-for-purpose designs, documentation, reviews and formal sign-off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Solution Architect/Integration Architect/Technical Lead on a Workday HCM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, integration patterns and data mapping.
• Experience coordinating multi-supplier integration programs and stakeholders.
• Ability to review designs, challenge SI proposals and support testing and issue resolution.
• Experience delivering end-to-end integration testing, cutover planning and service transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side solution architecture and integration design across Workday and downstream systems.
• Coordinate design workshops with SI, HRIS, IT and application owners.
• Manage end-to-end delivery plans and RAID for Workday integrations.
• Oversee integration testing, cutover activities and readiness for production.
• Review and approve integration designs and ensure documentation is complete.
• Provide technical assurance and governance across multiple suppliers.
