Job summary

CE Global Partners seeks an experienced Workday Functional Lead to drive the client-side functional workstream of a Workday HCM implementation in the UK. You will coordinate HR SMEs, lead design decisions and provide assurance that solutions align with Workday best practices.

This role focuses on functional leadership, governance and operational readiness, not hands-on configuration. You will work with the SI to ensure delivery meets business needs and timelines while maintaining stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Workday HCM functional workstream.
• Experience challenging and governing a Workday SI’s design decisions.
• Experience coordinating HR SMEs and HRIS resources across multiple areas.
• Strong understanding of Workday design workbooks and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Workday functional workstream across the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate HR SMEs, HRIS teams and stakeholders to ensure timely functional activities.
• Own functional reporting, RAID management and milestone tracking.
• Review Workday design workbooks and functional requirements with the SI and HR stakeholders.
• Develop future-state HR processes and SOPs in line with Workday design.
