Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS specialist to join our team across EMEA. You will configure, test and implement changes in Workday HCM, design business processes, and lead requirement gatherings with HR and business partners to meet evolving needs.

You will manage configuration requests, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain system structures like supervisory organisations and EIBs while delivering clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform.
• Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to support evolving business needs.
• Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners.
• Manage and deliver configuration requests, building strong relationships with stakeholders across brands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex system issues, providing end-user support as needed.
• Maintain Workday system structures including supervisory organisations, EIBs, and transaction support.
• Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements.
• Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency, providing recommendations.

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex system issues
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
