Harvey Nash is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own the delivery and ongoing evolution of Workday and People Systems. The role sits at the intersection of Technology and HR, ensuring value delivery and a strong employee experience.

You will partner with HR and technology teams, manage third-party suppliers, and drive enhancements, integrations and governance across multiple workstreams.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience working with Workday (Essential).
• Experience delivering technology platforms with HR relevance.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR and IT.
• Experience with systems integrations in complex landscapes.
• Knowledge of HR technology or People Systems.

Mansioni

• Leading the delivery and ongoing evolution of Workday and associated People Systems
• Managing delivery roadmaps, priorities and technology change initiatives
• Working closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Overseeing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
• Driving system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement activity
• Managing risks, dependencies and delivery governance across multiple workstreams
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to business needs
