You will partner with HR and technology teams, manage third-party suppliers, and drive enhancements, integrations and governance across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working with Workday (Essential).
• Experience delivering technology platforms with HR relevance.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR and IT.
• Experience with systems integrations in complex landscapes.
• Knowledge of HR technology or People Systems.

Technical Delivery Manager - Workday & People Systems

• Up to £85,000 + Benefits

I'm currently supporting an exciting opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager to join a well-established organisation and take ownership of the delivery, development and continuous improvement of its Workday and People Systems landscape.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of Technology and HR, where you'll be responsible for ensuring people systems are delivering value to the business, supporting strategic objectives and providing an excellent employee experience.

You'll work closely with HR, Technology teams, third-party suppliers and senior stakeholders to lead the delivery of new initiatives, system enhancements, integrations and ongoing platform improvements. The role requires someone who can confidently balance technical delivery, stakeholder management and strategic planning while ensuring programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
