Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking an HR Systems Associate to support Workday and other HR technologies within the HR Analytics & Systems team. You will ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, maintain data quality and contribute to system improvements across the organisation.

With experience in HR systems, you will perform configuration tasks, manage data loads, test changes and support users, collaborating with HR, Payroll and IT to deliver a positive user experience while

Qualifications

• Proven experience using, supporting or administering Workday or another HR system
• Demonstrable experience with core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience supporting HR system users and delivering a positive user experience
• Experience with HR data, data quality, reporting and governance
• Experience preparing, validating or processing data loads and integrations

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and user support for Workday and other HR systems
• Support core HR processes within Workday, ensuring accurate transactions
• Carry out routine system administration and maintenance activities
• Support data quality and governance through audits and reporting
• Prepare, validate and process Workday data loads and integrations
• Support Workday releases, testing and documentation updates
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to improve processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system functionality and data quality
