Job summary

FCA is seeking an HR Systems Associate to support and maintain our HR systems, with a focus on Workday. The role involves day-to-day administration, data quality, and system improvements to enable accurate HR processes across the organisation.

Based in London or other UK sites, the position offers exposure to HR data management, EIB integration work, and ongoing Workday configuration activities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday or similar HR system.
• Experience handling core HR processes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and user support for Workday and HR systems.
• Support core HR processes within Workday ensuring accurate transactions.
• Perform routine system administration and maintenance, update reference data and document configurations.
• Support data quality and governance activities through audits and reporting.
• Prepare, validate and process Workday data loads and support integrations.
