Job summary

CloudRock is seeking a Workday-focused presales and solution consulting expert to work with clients on HR strategy, operating models and technology challenges. You will lead discovery, design tailored Workday HCM solutions, and deliver engaging demonstrations across HR, Finance, IT and executives.

Partnering with Sales and Consulting, you will shape opportunities, develop end-to-end storylines, and support RFP/RFI responses while ensuring a strong handover to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday HCM in consulting, implementation, solution consulting or presales.
• Solid understanding of Core HCM and related Workday modules.
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into Workday concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Experience in RFP/RFI responses and solution storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand HR strategy, processes and tech challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear Workday HCM propositions and scope.
• Prepare and deliver tailored Workday demonstrations focused on client outcomes.
• Define solution architecture, risks, assumptions and delivery handover.
• Support Sales through opportunity lifecycle, including proposals and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Workday specialists across cycles.
