Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM Project Manager to guide large-scale HR technology transformations for global clients. You will oversee end-to-end Workday deployments, drive project governance, manage senior client stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• End-to-end responsibility for implementing Workday (Phase 1 and/or Phase X).
• Experience managing Workday programs and projects across multiple engagements.
• Manage stakeholders, resources, finances, PMO, and quality of delivery.
• Willingness to travel as required and lead client interactions.
• Thrive in diverse, dynamic environments with deadlines and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach consulting teams to deliver Workday projects.
• Engage in (pre-)sales cycles for Workday clients and grow skills.
