Job summary

Kainos is seeking a skilled Workday Financials Consultant (R2R) to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will configure, troubleshoot, and optimise Workday solutions post-deployment, ensuring clients derive ongoing value from their investment.

You will mentor junior team members and help drive continuous improvement in delivery, leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills to manage stakeholders and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Workday Record to Report (Financial Accounting/Budgets/Business Assets).
• Excellent customer focus with ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues and credible presence.
• Broad business and technology experience with awareness of industry trends.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience leading workshops with multiple stakeholders and guiding senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and prioritise incoming Workday tickets to ensure timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
• Perform accurate triage of support cases, assessing case type, impact, urgency, and priority.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, especially around Target Response and Fix Times.
• Collaborate with the Functional Manager to review ticket volumes and drive process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to provide insight, suggest improvements, and deliver enhancements.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for improving internal tools, templates, and support delivery processes.
