Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Talent Lead Consultant to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global client base. You will lead a project workstream, build strong client relationships, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.

You will guide customers and mentor junior colleagues, shaping successful delivery. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality Workday outcomes with strong stakeholder engagement, including potential travel to client sites

Qualifications

• Workday HCM and Talent Certification are required.
• Excellent customer focus with ability to manage expectations and relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior client audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional workstream on prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering fit-for-purpose Workday solutions.
