Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant (R2R) to support our global customers post‑deployment. You’ll configure, troubleshoot and optimise Workday solutions while delivering high‑quality client service.

This hands‑on, client‑facing role involves mentoring junior team members, driving process improvements, and collaborating with functional managers to ensure SLAs are met and value is realised from the Workday investment.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday Record to Report knowledge (Finance/Budgets/Business Assets).
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Experience in delivering post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and prioritise Workday tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Triage support cases by type, impact, urgency and priority.
• Ensure SLAs and Target Response/ Fix Times are met.
• Collaborate with the Functional Manager on process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and delivery processes.
