Kainos is tackling complex Workday Financials implementations and leading finance workstreams across insurance and broader financial services. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to design, configure and deliver high-quality Workday solutions that meet client needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, architectural input, testing, data validation, and seamless go-live readiness, supported by a strong delivery culture and sector-focused expertise.

Competenze

• Practical Workday Financials implementation experience, including leadership of a functional workstream through design, configuration and testing.
• Strong hands-on capability in at least one Financials area with understanding of adjacent processes.
• Experience supporting finance operations or transformation in an FSI organisation, or delivering a finance workstream for an FSI customer.

Mansioni

• Lead workstream discovery and design workshops, documenting requirements and decisions.
• Design and configure Financials area, including business processes and reports.
• Build prototypes and configuration documentation; prepare and execute tests and user acceptance testing.
