Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Consultant to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global client base. You will collaborate with team members and work independently to manage your workload while ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs.

You will support junior colleagues, communicate effectively, and contribute to continuous improvements in tools and processes while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (minimum 5 years).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll and related capabilities.
• Excellent customer-facing consulting experience and relationship-building.
• Clear communicator with credibility and empathy, including remote settings.
• Able to work in remote teams and independently without supervision.
