Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a Workday Extend Associate Manager in London. You will lead advisory efforts to deliver cloud-based HR solutions, guide clients in using Workday Extend effectively and manage a team of consultants across large-scale deployments.

You will engage in workshops, define tailored Extend architectures, and drive the design and delivery of Extend applications while partnering with Workday and client teams to achieve success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Extend architecture, design and development.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate into Extend solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
• Fluency in English and ability to interact with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in optimizing their Workday Extend applications.
• Lead workshops and discussions to tailor Extend solutions for client needs.
• Oversee discovery sessions to conceptualize Extend architectures.
• Deliver design documents and requirements to developers.
• Manage and mentor a team of Workday Extend consultants.
• Collaborate with clients, Accenture teams and Workday for robust solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities to shape Extend offerings.
